Love Your Life (“Love Your Life“, “we“, “us“, “our“) provides gardening information, suggestions, ideas, recommendations and practical gardening activities through email communications, websites, digital publications and related services.

Love Your Life does not assume responsibility for supervising gardening activities.

All gardening information supplied by Love Your Life is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Our recommendations are suggestions rather than instructions that must be followed.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

16. PERSONAL USE

You may not share your subscription credentials or paid content with persons who have not subscribed where doing so would circumvent the subscription arrangements.
In this instance, Love Your Life reserves the right to suspend the subscription at their own discretion.
17. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Where Love Your Life is offered as a paid subscription:
A price change will not retrospectively alter an amount already paid.
18. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If the subscription automatically renews, this will be clearly disclosed before the subscriber completes the purchase.
The subscriber authorises the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee at the stated renewal interval until the subscription is cancelled.
Where South African consumer law applies, automatic renewal and fixed-term arrangements will be administered in accordance with applicable requirements. For example, the Consumer Protection Act provides specific rules concerning fixed-term agreements, cancellation and continuation after expiry.
19. CANCELLATION BY THE SUBSCRIBER
A subscriber may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation mechanism provided by Love Your Life.
Cancellation will normally prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund for a subscription period that has already commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided for under our refund policy.
Where a South African fixed-term consumer agreement is applicable, statutory cancellation rights will be respected. The Consumer Protection Act provides, among other things, for cancellation by a consumer on 20 business days’ notice in certain fixed-term arrangements, subject to the Act’s provisions.
20. COOLING-OFF AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any statutory consumer right.
Where a transaction qualifies for a statutory cooling-off period or other cancellation right, Love Your Life will honour that right.

These Terms, together with any applicable subscription terms, Privacy Policy, Gardening Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure and other documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between Love Your Life and the subscriber concerning the service.
